[PaQSO] QTC's NO NO NO

This is a bad idea.  I suggest you try the WAE - worked all Europe - contest 
before you buy into this one.  The QTCs really slow things down.  If you are 
waiting to work that elusive multiplier, you will wait for ever.  It can be 
very frustrating.

Log checking by NARC would be almost impossible especially for an all 
volunteer operation.

Also, I checked my "QSO per Hour" rate for Sunday and found that it was up 
and holding steady using S&P and CQing.  Ran about 25 - 30 per hour for all 
Sunday afternoon - not like the beginning of Party but enough to keep it 
going.

It is hard enough out here in the "WoW"  (West of the Wabash) to hear those 
mobiles on phone - impossible if you are QRP.  Harder still is hearing those 
timid soles who run 100 watts and don't like to call CQ because they can't 
find a hole.  Added QRM of QTCs on Sunday would kill it for us.

Just my thoughts.
