[PaQSO] 5 rarest counties

Hi All:
I had plenty to contacts were we had to spend 2 minutes or more just to get
their calls thru. I would hate to add any more to that. A great memory was
on 20m on Sunday, and having a DL (germany for you non-DXers) trying to
relay for me a NNY station that was too close for the skip, off the back of
my beam.. I vote that if it isn't broke don't fix it.
By the way all rule changes are in the control of the NARC club.
