[PaQSO] Suggestion

       In most DX pile-ups that I have heard, the operator will ask only for 
calls with the #1, then calls with the #2, etc.  Some will even go country by 
country or even state/province by state/province.  This gives all stations an 
equal chance.
       Perhaps, during a pile up for a rare county, the op can stop and ask 
for any rovers, mobiles, or QRP.  Or even go by counties or blocks of 
counties, etc.
       How many times did I hear this this weekend: "I could not pick anyone 
out.  Try it again. QRZ?"
