[PaQSO] PaQP Multipliers

I'm using NA 10.47, and it does not give mult's for EPA and WPA. Are we
really supposed to get those sec mult's?? also, I also want to thank all of
those mobile and rover stations for all of their efforts. Without them, all
67 would just be wishful thinking.
