I SAY, DON'T LET THEM !!  Yes, IT REALLY MATTERS !!

It is un-conscionable that any person would be willing to tolerate, and
thereby, advocate CHEATING, all in the name if expediency !   One act of
CHEATING is a fabrication, or a non-truth, and a non-truth is a LIE !   A
LIE is an attempt at DECEPTION, perpetrated upon others, for the personal
gain of the perpetrator.  One act of cheating, left un-corrected, encourages
the perpetrator to cheat again, and this has been proven, in the past.  To
acquire something that is not RIGHTFULLY yours, such a an INFLATED SCORE
during the Pa. QSO Party, by deception, is NO LESS THAN STEALING, plain and
simple.  A serial killer NEVER kills JUST ONCE, and a SERIAL LIAR never LIES
JUST ONCE - - it becomes an OBSESSION, and a WAY OF LIFE !

As was stated in my previous posting, Lying, Cheating & Stealing has occured
in the past, it remains UN-CORRECTED,  and therefore, IT CONTINUES !  The
perpetrator has no concept of HONOR, and he continues to DIS-HONOR other
participants in the Pa. QSO Party, in particular, and in Amateur Radio in
general.  He does not, however, dishonor himself because, to him, the word
HONOR has no meaning !

CHEATING left UN-CORRECTED, is to allow the planting of "THE SEED of DOUBT",
and, everyone knows that any seed that is properly planted, in fertile
ground, will flourish, grow, and MULTIPLY !  If you have any doubt of this,
I would suggest that you plant a "Tiny Acorn", near your home, and watch as
it grows into a MIGHTY OAK TREE.  Should you suffer the misfortune of a
severe wind storm, and the MIGHTY OAK tree should fall upon your home, I'm
sure that HIND-SIGHT would show you that you should have dug the ACORN out
of the ground !

Certainly, I have intended no levity, or "personal reference" in this
statement.  It is intended as an EXAMPLE ONLY !   The Amateur Radio Service
is for the MUTUAL  ENJOYMENT of all who choose to  participate, but,
achievement of that enjoyment occurs, ONLY, when everyone PLAYS BY THE SAME
RULES !   Any person who HABITUALLY chooses NOT to play by the rules, should
be REMOVED FROM THE GAME !
