	Just as a balance, there are other reasons besides winning to 
get involved in the QSO party. I'm in-state, and I don't stand much 
of a chance of winning, but am still having a good time in the party. 
And it needs to stay that way too, because the heavy hitters need 
people to work to pile up the points! 8^)
