To change the subject slightly, this represents what?  About 
160 potential multipliers for PA stations?  I was very 
surprised last year to see my "Out-of-State CW only" result 
scored in competition with those of "PA CW only" stations. It 
seems a tad unfair to have out-of-staters, who have fewer 
than half the possible multipliers to work with, compete in 
the same pool with PAers.  Seems to me as though the Out-
of-State CW high scorer ought to get a certificate.
