[PaQSO] I disagree

Getting a sweep this year will be more of a challenge. For the past
several years, I have represented PHI on both modes both days. Last
year I has 830 Q's and in 2000 I had 914 Q's. This year, I'm planning
on being at the W3FRC bonus point station.

The only other PHI station who usually gets on is John, W3AYT but he
doesn't work CW. If PHI is needed I may operate Sunday from home on CW
only. Hopefully, the mobiles and rovers can help with PHI contacts.
