While it varies from year to year, I'd say 40-75-80-20-10-160-15 for RATE.
However, for MULTS I'd say 40-20-10-80/75.  I have found 20 to be a great 
source of MULTS.  The big guns can do 20 SSB; the 100 W to a dipole (&QRP) 
stations often do better on CW.  Several years I've had nearly as many 20 
Meter Q's as I've had on 40, with almost as many mults.
AND, very important on 20~10--CALL CQ!!!!!  Only a few out of state stations 
will be calling for PA on those bands--they are tuning for PA CQ's
