Good info!  Thanks for taking the time  to share.   

I checked the Cook state park cabin situation on their website earlier today  
and it sure looked like what you described, so I needed to take a trip to see 
for myself.  Your info  saved me a trip! 

Oh well! Looks like Im down to  finding a rest stop or motel or something  
private in FOR.  or   going elsewhere.  Planning is half the fun of any trip.
