[PaQSO] NAQP Contest

As much as I'd like to join the NAQP team, I doubt I will get to operate
much, if at all, this weekend. I'll try to block out the SSB weekend, so I
should be able to join a team for SSB. Of course, my life changes on a
dime, so that weekend could turn out to be a bust too.

P.S. I make no resolutions for the new year. Each new day is another
opportunity to make an improvement. Now, if I could just pull off one of
