[Pactor] New to pactor...want to setup system

Do you want to jump into the pool and see how cold it is<G>?  Some of the
Sound Card DigiMode softwares have Pactor as one of the options.  I am
familiar with MixW2 and although I do not use it regularly for pactor, it
does work.  As with any new toy, try all the buttons ;-)

The upside is no $$ for a TNC that you may wind up setting on a shelf in 2-3
months.  The downside is it ties up the computer it is running on.  If you
have fast laptop with lots of memory and Win2K or XP, you can probably do
other things at the same time.  But it can't be running the radio when you
take it with you.  Just a Plan B.
