Dr. Gerald N. Johnson, sir being I learning about Packet, I am very 
sorry about a lot what u said does not make since.  Maybe you can 
explain in another way.  When u receive a packet spot,  you get these 
and other things, Freq, Call Sign,Commite, Band,  I am very poor, so 
I can't aford a book on this subject.  I know you are a besy man.
