[Packet] Winpack

I believe uninstalling Winpack is as simple as deleting the folder with the
program files and manually deleting any shortcuts you may have created.
There is no "uninstaller" routine. Winpack does not install itself into
Windows as most other programs do; for example, there are no Winpack related
entries in the Windows Registry to remove.
