[Packet] Linux and packet

Anyone out there using SuSe Linux and packet radio?  I have grown tired 
of spending time on patching Windows in order to be able to connect to 
the Internet so I have SuSe set up on a laptop to learn with and am in 
the process of building a new system for the ham shack that I hope will 
only have to have Linux on it for all of my computer need in ham radio.
