I'm not commenting to discourage anyone from setting up a full service PBBS
just advising of server software that I believe has the potential of serving
the traveling amateur with mobile packet better and easier. Bob Bruninga
created the application called tiny webpages and Chris van Gorp
has developed an uiview plug in to provide a windows alternative to Bob's
DOS program, there may be other flavors that I'm not aware of too. The
