[Packet] Testing with Hyperterm

I think I've used Hyperterm with a TNC. Don't remember now. One thing
about Hyperterm is that it want's to DIAL and to set up a modem. Those
could be putting the TNC into orbit though the standard 1270 software
shouldn't change speed, it might change parity and byte length.

Try all parity combinations, 7 bits, 8 bits, even parity, odd parity, no
parity. Though you should be able to receive ASCII in 7 bits no parity
no matter what is being sent. The TNC may not accept your data until you
match all the parameters.
