[Packet] Testing with Hyperterm

Thanks Jerry.  I double-checked the speed (the manual says that this is=20
usually the problem.) I started with 8 bits no parity.  The manual said 7=
=20
bits even parity.  Neither worked.  Anyway I know that it isn't the TNC.
