[Packet] Need help - TNC and Win98

Hello:

Oh, how fast we forget...

I am trying to get a Win98 laptop to communicate
with a TAPR-clone TNC.

The only "terminal" program I can find in my 
mess of stuff around here is Buck Roger's BuxTerm.
Trying to start the program from Window's
"DOS" prompt locks up the computer.

What is a good program to allow me to control 
the TNC, preferably from Windows?  I don't
mind paying for something that actually works!
