[Packet] need help

Binary file transfer is why I believe the author of YAPP went through the
effort of writing the program.  I never found YAPP to be user friendly
however, it has served as the protocol of applications that are, TPK for DOS
and winpack for windows are my choices  but, others are available for
windows. Winpack can be set up to work with Netscape to create and read html
formatted messages, this,"may" work to see at you do email as used by the
masses.--73
