Hi Jan.
1.- Will you be sending the jpg's as an image that will be seen at the
receiving computer on line?
2.- Will you be sending them as a file to be stored at the receiving
end? that is to say, the file will be stored in the HDD of the end
computer for viewing at later time.
If the 2 options is the correct one, the all you need is a program that
can send and receive files using YAPP, one of this programs is WinPack,
which you may download at http://www.peaksys.co.uk/
For the first one is more complicated and you will need to run TCP/IP.

I need to send jpg format picture from a mobile 2m or 70cm rig and a
laptop
computer to a base station.
