What is your "Via" set to?  You might not have it set for enough hops to reach an I-Gate.
    WIDE is only 1 hop, WIDE,WIDE is only 2 hops.
    You might try something like WIDE5-5 or RELAY,WIDE5-5.  The largest number that can be used
is 7.
    It could even be RELAY,WIDE7-7,WIDE7-7.  (If you do this you are sure to have the APRS
police at your door!)

Are you sure your station is even transmitting?
    Make sure the "Enable Transmit - TNC/TCP" box is checked.
