[Oremem/Idamem] recruiting ideas for OR/ID Army Mars

I am in the process of putting together a recruiting letter to attract more
members to our Army Mars program. This will be used for recruiting purposes
and can also be sent to local media for promotional and information
purposes.
I need you ideas and thoughts on, recruiting policies, ideas and content.
This will be condensed to a 1 page letter that can be read over the "air" on
Ares/Races nets or given to local ham radio clubs or to interested hams at
Rickreal,etc..The letter will be sent to our SMD for approval and then
distributed via the OREMEM list.
Please think about why Mars is important and needed in addition to
Races/Ares.It is pointed that during 9/11 ALL amateur radio frequencies were
temporarily suspended that includes ARES operations, leaving mars the only
mode available in addition to gov't only frequencies.
During an earthquake , local repeaters will not be operational, leaving hf
or local vhf as the only operating modes.
