[Oremem/Idamem] Saturday nets , any net, all nets

Leo Griffin, AAR0NH, has advised me that Saturday nets need an NCS.
Be advised that ANY Oregon Army Mars member may act as net control if =
the net control has not started the net by 3 minutes after start time.
If you have not done this please try as it is good experience.
Sometimes the net control cant be heard because of poor propogation. In =
that case ask for a relay.
If you are acting as net control be sure to ask for checkins every few =
minutes. If propagation is bad and you are not talking, the members will =
not check in because they cant hear you.The result is that the members =
think there is no one acting as ncs, so please keep talking.
