PS FWIW: My own message sent on 14 Jul 03 was blocked
by the system, apparently the new anti-v and anti-spam software
was put in on the Mailserver. It 'auto' set all messages to be 
mediated, rather than direct transfer. I have reset this from the
Mediator's interface...
