hey amateurs! I really appreciate the enthusiastic response to my question!
I'd love to reactivate W3RID, and it would be really cool if we had a list
of all of the collegiate stations at HBCUs! What about an HBCU net...I
getting ahead of myself. ;)
I've been having problems searching the ARRL QST archive for the complete
article for the snippet that @Reginald Smith <rsmith at supremevinegar.com> found
on google. I'm getting errors and throws from ARRL's QST archive which
makes me think that they haven't completely recovered from the cyberattack.
@Cortney Smith, I've also reached out to Wilfrid Amisial on linkedin.com as
you recommended. My former professor, Dr. Walter Oliver, suggests I talk
with Dr. Mohmoh because he may know Mr. Amisial and had him in one of his
classes.
