 same thing, kevin. but....
yest. i called a25r on 40...he was f/h but on regular freq... what with cw ss wiping out most of the cw segment, and reasonably strong..
I'm trying hard to get a25 on the lower bands here...saw a few east coast guys clg them on 80; no copy here, and nobody seemed to be working him..160m, where i need it? maybe if the k index will go to zero and the solar wind will pipe down? at least they're not leaving  right away...
he answered me with a report but i felt like we never completed; so kept calling for quite a long time...without apparent success..
based on my experience i logged it anyway, when he sent a report...and today, w clublog log check, i see i'm in their log on 40m !!!
could it be when the dx is using mshv in what i call 'robot mode' ( no operator present ), you get logged and they won't answer you again?
so, to me, if you get a report, you may have worked them...check clublog
strange, but i'll take it; hey i heard him, he heard me...73, w5xz, dan

I worked a lot of DX from Jeff’s list last night but….
TX7L sent a + 9 report FT8 and apparently then didn’t get my 73. Kept
sending report. Really +09?
I watched and seen this happen many times after that with other stations.

And I worked TJ9MD on 80m cw, very good signal, and he didn’t log it.

I hate it when this happens! Wasted effort.
How about you?

Working some of these for FT8 mode and the fun of it, otherwise I just need
a couple of these on this list just on 160m.
