[OKDXA] Where's the DX?

I worked a lot of DX from Jeff’s list last night but….
TX7L sent a + 9 report FT8 and apparently then didn’t get my 73. Kept
sending report. Really +09?
I watched and seen this happen many times after that with other stations.

And I worked TJ9MD on 80m cw, very good signal, and he didn’t log it.

I hate it when this happens! Wasted effort.
How about you?

Working some of these for FT8 mode and the fun of it, otherwise I just need
a couple of these on this list just on 160m.
