Hi Kim,
Yes, the idiots will keep calling even when they don't hear him...
Don't know how they think they can work him if they can't hear him...
and some even call on the wrong sequence...
Your best bet is 30 meters FT8 in our evenings short path and 20
meters FT8 in our mornings long path. I heard him beginning at about 8AM
local lasting until noon local on 20 meter long path several days. He
often works FT8, then switches to CW later on... I have heard nothing on
17 or 15 meters... GL... Hope you get him... Oh yeah, on FT8 call normal
mode, second sequence...

73,
Jeff - K5WE

Subject [OKDXA] FT8 and FT8WW

>Since there's so little time left to get FT8WW, beggars can't be choosers and I'll take any mode I can get. I've been monitoring the frequency of the last spot I saw and he's not there. I don't see anyone competing a QSO with him, yet I see many people calling him. Will people call the DX forever regardless of whether they can hear him? Sort of like on CW, when some never stop calling and then wonder why they never work the DX?
