[OKDXA] FT8 and FT8WW

Since there's so little time left to get FT8WW, beggars can't be 
choosers and I'll take any mode I can get. I've been monitoring the 
frequency of the last spot I saw and he's not there. I don't see anyone 
competing a QSO with him, yet I see many people calling him. Will people 
call the DX forever regardless of whether they can hear him? Sort of 
like on CW, when some never stop calling and then wonder why they never 
work the DX?
