Hi Doug,
   Have you heard them on 20? I haven't seen any indication anywhere that 
they have been on 20. Traditionally, 20 meters is the money band for 
DXpeditions. That's always where the most QSOs are made... Here in the 
central US, we would have good prop on 20 in the evenings short path and 
probably excellent prop long path in the mornings. I was hearing FT8WW 
from 8AM until Noon local nearly every day on 20 long path. Given that 
their QTH is on the SE corner of the island, behind mountains in the 
short path direction to NA, long path might be better. It's a big 
mystery to me why they are not on 20... I bet 95% of their QSOs have 
been with EU and JA... All we can do is keep trying, keep listening I 
guess...
