I decoded them last night for a couple of minutes around 10.144. It wasn't
long after \that they
qsy'ed to cw. That was late my time about 0600Z. Very brief decode. He did
qsy to 10.115 and was
weak but able to copy.
Right now (2300Z) I can copy them if the idiots on his freq would shut up.
With all the qrm I can't
bother even calling.
So far - from NC with dipoles and tribander, I have only heard him on 30m.
Lots of EU pileups.
Based on my FT8WW experience I thought I might be able to work him on 20m
cw but nada.
