[OKDXA] ZL7/K5WE CHATHAM ISL JEFF

When do you guys think would be the best time for loud prop from 
stateside to ZL7 on 20? Surprisingly I am finding prop difficult to the 
states much of the time, and I hear Europe all the time. Europe was the 
most needed, but I am working more of them than anybody...
