[OKDXA] Postal Service Disruptions

John,

FYI  I have 6 QSO's with JT1CO over the years.  Of the 6 there were 4
direct QSL's and 1 LoTW.  The 6th one hasn't been QSLed yet.  The LoTW
confirmation was in 2002 for a CW contact.
