[OKDXA] Postal Service Disruptions

THanks for the update. I just sent a direct QSL to JT1CO.  Looks like it
might not get there-it was returned before due to COVID.  I think I might
have just gotten in under the deadline.  I guess we will find out.  Wish he
would confirm my QSO via LOTW.
