In all sincerity, I want to hear refutations to the points he raised. I don’t do digital modes. Not because I’m necessarily a Luddite, but be cause they currently hold little attraction for me. That may certainly change. I certainly appreciate how marvelously clever they are and how spectrum efficient!
I simply enjoy the act of being a human UART with CW. One reason I like CW is because it’s much harder to be a monumental jerk on CW than on, say, SSB. CW jerks certainly exist and I hear them, but they are ineffective.
So, in al sincerity: I’m open to being educated. Please refute the arguments made by VK4MA’s piece. I’m all ears!
