[OKDXA] Elecraft Repair

Purely second hand: I have a friend with two Elecraft K3s. While he 
likes the radios very much, he has found them to be unreliable and has 
needed to send them back multiple times, which is why, he said in only 
half-jest, he has two of them. Even so, he has not considered any other 
brands.
