Power was never out at N5UWY, thankfully.  When you could get to
OG&E's site, there were 250k meters w/o power at one point.

Actually, looking at their System Watch now, they have 239k customers
off and "This doesn’t reflect areas with less than 50 customers
affected" so probably many more than 240k.
