[OKDXA] 60m was

LOTW will track 60m contacts only as a QSO, but will not credit any operating
award. 

Completed unofficial 60m WAS last year.  Great band.  Hope we can eventually get
at least secondary allocation for it.

Very True Ron!

I was on the board when the decision was made.  Because it was a very small band
segment that was justified by EMCOM and was tenuous at best, we didn't want it
to be used for awards, contesting or DX chasing.  It was commented that it
should never be used for any of these purposes so that hams would not try to
work dx, states or any other challenge in hopes that it would someday be
approved.  You will not find me on 60m unless it is an emergency.
