[OKDXA] SteppIR

[N5OK]

Thanks Roger...   I've learned over the years that height is what makes the
difference.  Unless you are stacking beams, the size and gain aren't a big
factor.  If this SteppIR crashes, I will definitely downsize.  It is a bear
to wrestle on the ground.
