I’d say an honest RST is 339. He wasn’t strong by any means, but readable for DX QSO purposes. I could copy his call and mine (though the O was dicey) and clearly made out the “5NN.”  He responded to my 73 at the end of my signal report, so I know he was working me.  I have 2 el at 50 ft, had the rx bandwidth squeezed down to 185 Hz, and the audio peak on, so definitely *not* armchair copy. That said, his signal was coming up.
