Dom is working on Rebel projects in Fiji and will return to Poland at some
point where he will send out 3D2CR QSL cards.

After 200K of our private money spent from the Rebel Team's first attempt at
Bouvet, we have recently decided we will no longer "self fund" the cost of
fuel for any second attempt. We expect the cost of fuel for attempt #2 to be
near or at 80K.

If we can raise 80K, a Rebel Team will go.
