[OKDXA] Fwd: [cwops] 3Y0Z is cancelled

I too need Bouvet for a ATNO and was keeping my eyes on this one also.  We
are fortunate that more DXpeditions don't have to be cancelled, given some
of the extreme places teams go.  I still need Kosovo, haven't tried real
hard yet.  Didn't know there was an expedition to KH3 coming up, I can use
them on a band or 2 I think.
