[OKDXA] What DXPeditions Should We Fund?

The OKDXA receives many requests for funding from DXpeditions. When we 
get these, we usually provide some funding for the "big ones," like 
Bouvet Is. But I began to wonder... Even though I missed (completely!) 
the 3B7 due to work, I know that it was heard enough here in OK that we 
would have had a good chance to work it. Yet, I have a friend in CO, 
with a pretty good station, who never heard it on any band. DX is like 
that and there may be regional "most needed" DXCC entities different 
from the generic "most needed."

Are there any DXCC entities that are particularly rare /here in OK 
/different form the "most needed" list that we should consider funding 
should a request come through? If so, what are they? Or, should we stick 
with the simpler "DXCC most needed" list for our decisions?
