Might also check your grounding efforts.  Dad was working to eliminate some noise after
installing his vertical.  He had to drive 3 more grounding rods to decrease the noise
significantly.  The vertical he had setup did not require radials for a ground plane
according to the manufacturer.  But the majority of the noise went away after the extra
rods.

I did go though the house and turned off all circuit breakers except the one the shack
is on. That didn't make a difference. I turned off everything in the shack except for
the power supply for the radio and that didn't affect it either, so it is not coming
from my house, at least.  Wish it was as that is easier to solve
