[OKDXA] Radios and noise

I did go though the house and turned off all circuit breakers except the
one the shack is on. That didn't make a difference. I turned off everything
in the shack except for the power supply for the radio and that didn't
affect it either, so it is not coming from my house, at least.  Wish it was
as that is easier to solve
