[OKDXA] License Question

Thanks Steve, interesting. Perhaps a Skype session. Would seem to make sense. It is a different sort of thing being he is in PY.
He has to be a citizen of PY to get a PY license so not an option. He is fluent in Portuguese and gets along fine in PY land having a small farm in NW Brazil for some 13 years now. His interest in radio was rejuvenated when he was back here for a visit and saw my mobile. Years ago he used to sit on a wooden box listening to me operate CW.
I've pointed him to various sites, mainly ARRL.org for study help and I'll send him a few things to help. He insists on CW ops so will learn the code even though not needed.
