I've run some ACE HF predictions on the path to Heard Is., both LP and
SP. I've attached these predictions as PDFs, but I don't know if
attachments are always stripped off. If they are and you'd like to see
them, let me know and I'll send them individually.

I assume 1 kW transmit power on our end and a yagi about 1/2 wavelength
up for 20 m, a yagi 1/4 wave up on 40 m and a dipole 1/2 wave up on 30
and 17 m.

For LP, only 20 m seems to support anything and that's centered at about
1500 UTC, with another brief peak at around 0130 UTC.

40 m shows a very marginal opening at around 0100 UTC. 30 m opens around
2330 UTC and goes until about 0130 UTC, with another brief morning
opening at 1300 UTC. 20 m opens at about 0200 UTC and closes at around
0600 UTC, with another brief opening between 1300 and 1400 UTC. Finally,
17 m has only a brief morning opening between 1300-1400 UTC.

I think I chose 50% reliability for these predictions
