So far VK0EK has been NIL or weak on all bands for me. I have not worked 
him.

I heard him for about 15 minutes on 20 SSB when I he was "almost" 
workable at about 0500Z [midnight local time] on Thursday night. But I 
have not heard him on 30 CW even though I see that many are working him 
and by looking in his log I see that a number of people in the OKDXA are 
in his log on 30m [and also 20m]. He was on 17m SSB this morning but I 
couldn't hear a peep out of him.

Maybe things will be better when he sets up his second station at the SE 
corner of Heard Island. Right now he is on the North Shore of the 
Island. I think the path to Oklahoma from his main location is more or 
less "over the top" of Big Ben.

Antennas here are Log Periodic up about 40 feet for 10-20m. For 30m and 
40m Inverted V with apex about 38 feet with sides sloping down to about 
20 feet.
