[OKDXA] VP8 LOTW

I made a donation to the VP8 group before they left, and they sent an email
saying that due to being an early donor, I could get a paper card sent for
free (with instructions on how to do that) and that my QSOs would be
confirmed on LOTW at that time also-so that might be why some showed up and
others didin't on LOTW. I did get South Georgia confirmed on 20 SSB for a
new mode country. That and 20 CW were the only 2 QSOs I had with them.
Didn't work South Sandwich at all and that would have been a ATNO.
